We think problems in the story can be solved by sending everyone into the maze to find the exit to the maze. Although they might die. They can also spend the night in the maze to see if a hidden passage appears. Thomas could get bitten by a Griever (bug like machine) to regain his memory and figure out why the Glade seems so familiar.
